Vinyl Plank Flooring Questions
Square footage, the plank line you choose, and subfloor condition drive the number. We measure and give you one written price for the whole job, free, with financing from $500 to $200,000 available.
The planks themselves are. Spills, wet boots, and pet accidents wipe up without damage, which is why LVP is our default recommendation for kitchens, basements, and entries. We still check moisture before any basement install, because what is under the floor matters as much as what is on it.
Sometimes, if the existing floor is flat, solid, and thin enough. We check rather than guess, because humps and soft spots trapped underneath telegraph through new planks.
LVP wins wherever moisture is possible: kitchens, baths, basements, and entries. Laminate competes in dry bedrooms and offices where its scratch resistance shines. We install both and will bring samples of each.
